“Social Hour”

Social Hour is an inhabitable open peg-board that offers a range of user-driven reformatting within designed boundaries. There are two events that formally inhabit Social Hour: Skateboarding Lessons and Karaoke Night. The surface of Social Hour is zoned for electrical and water supply. The pink circles on the plan show where electricity flows and the blue show where the water supply is. The zones guide the placement of movable furniture which are plugged into the surface. The movable furniture consists of tables, chairs, speakers, microphones, lights, and shading devices.
