Instead of landfills, waste can be given a second life. This archival of meat processes brings all processes of the meat consumption process, preparing, cooking, eating and its repurposing into material for other processes to the heart of Chicago. When these processes are displayed in plain sight, will we still consume meat the same way we do today?
