With the current natural conditions and research from native residents in Jefferson Charles in Detroit, we proposed E-CO-LIVING, which represents ECOnomical, ECOlogy, ECOsystem, and ECOnomic, COherent, COmmunity, COllective, COntent, COoperative, and COhesive.

To spatialize our proposals, we mainly develop through: -an environment-friendly natural self-adaptive diverse landscape and installations-economical modular CLT resident units with flowing public spaces and gardens-economic passive facade design cooperates with solar panels and under tanks to achieve an energy-collection system.
