The site has undergone a transformation to serve as a co-living environment tailored to meet the needs of homeless adolescents aged 14 to 20. To ensure that the residents' requirements are met, the site will offer therapy sessions, career and educational counseling, recreational space, and communal dining. This building is linked to the neighborhood via a covered walkway. The living quarters are intertwined with community-oriented amenities, such as a study and reading area spanning two levels, a therapy area, and a communal dining area.
